Chris Helme has used the years since The Seahorses fell apart well, raising a family and putting together The Yards, the psychedelically tinged band he probably dreamed of being in before John Squire plucked him from the streets of York. Forget Your Regrets recalls prime '80s R.E.M. through a Northern rock filter. The Devil Is Alive And Well And In DC is MC5-lite politics, while the epic nature of Crime, Get Off My Back, On The Inside and Fireflies beg the question that if Embrace can do it, why not The Yards?
