I'd say more than likely that there is more, considering what the Roses have said (apparently there was material to fill another couple of albums!), but I doubt it'll ever see the light of day.

Geffen has bigger fish to fry than the Roses, so unlike Silverton that milked it for as long as they could, I don't think Geffen has any real interest in releasing anything else.

Maybe if Silverton bought the rights from Geffen...

more likely to be loads of half finished ideas and endless jams that all sound a bit like what made it to the album.
I doubt there is anything resembling a finished song that we've never heard cos john will have probably used them in the seahorses or in his solo career a la love is the law.

if there is songs left over then where do you think they are sitting, ian obviously had all the 1st lp era stuff whether demos/live but i don't know if john would've kept these or they are just sitting about in a vault or something. it would be amazing if he one day he came out with a disc of out-takes or even home demos from that era of new songs we'd never heard.

Didn't he use some of the songs he had with the Seahorses already?

I honestly doubt there is much of anything "in the vaults", especially from the Geffen 1992-1995 era.

There are a few things I've wondered about...

1) A proper studio attempt at "Where Angels Play", maybe from 1990, when they were doing "One Love"? It was supposed to be on their 2nd album (which of course soon ceased to exist).

2) They did talk about attempting one of my favorite songs, Stevie Wonder's "Heaven Help Us All", during the Gulf War. So, I suppose that would be from the very first -- mostly useless -- sessions with Leckie in 1991. But it must exist on tape somewhere...?

3) The Holy Grail for me would be the March 1995 live rehearsals with Reni, before he bolted/was fired. Certainly, these happened. The only question is whether any of it was committed to tape. Maybe not... but if so, it must be fascinating to hear...
