25th August 2004 NME.com has revealed that Ian Brown has been offered to have one of his videos (from the forthcoming 'Solarized' album) directed by Alfonso Cuarón, the director of 'Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban', which Brown had a cameo appearance in. Click here for the full article.

20th August 2004 Ian Brown dates revealed for a tour in October. Ian Brown is to play just one warm-up date at Leeds University on 13th October followed by gigs at Glasgow Academy (14,15 Oct), Manchester Apollo (18,19 Oct) and Brixton Academy (21,22 Oct).
20th August 2004 Format details revealed for 'Keep What Ya Got' it is to be released on Enhanced CD and 7". Ian-Brown.co.uk confirm that the B-side for the 7" will be new track 'Love Bug' (co-written with Groove Armada's Tim Hutton), while the enhanced CD will feature 'Love Bug', an alternative and instrumental version of 'Solarized' and the recently-shot video for 'Keep What Ya Got'.

17th August 2004 Is this the first glimpse of the new Ian Brown album 'Solarized' cover? I just found this pic on a record retailer site and it's the first one I've seen attached to the album. If it is, I can't say (on this scale) that it looks as 'outstanding' as we've been told, it kind of reminds me of the cover of debut single 'My Star'... similiar sort of colours around Brown's head and it's shot profile on. 9th August 2004 Just uploaded my first interpretations of the 'Keep What Ya Got' lyrics to the Lyrics Section. There's a few blanks in there and I'm sure there's some mistakes but I'll correct it with further listens.
9th August 2004 Ian Brown single 'Keep What Ya Got' gets first exclusive air-play on the BBC RADIO 1's Evening Session (Monday 9th August) and it's a pretty sound pointer for the album! The single is up for general release Monday 13th September 2004.

4th August 2004 Ian-Brown.co.uk confirms the release date for first single, 'Keep What Ya Got' as Monday 13th September 2004. As reported the track is a collaboration with Oasis song-smith Noel Gallagher. It has yet to be announced what formats this track will be released on nor details of any b-sides/enhanced elements.
