I decided to start the site with very little web design knowledge to show my support for John Squire and The Stone Roses (since I had been a fan of both for a number of years). It has become a work-in-progress from which I constantly learn new tools and develop my design skills as new ideas are worked through. Now in its 9th year! John Squire Gallery By Paul Stevens www.johnsquiregallery.co.uk I originally built this site in 2004 as there was not a Stone Roses site that purely focused on John Squire's artistic career and I felt that his back catalogue of pieces warranted support and analysing. After finally reaching the level of website design needed I completely redesigned the site in 2006 to give the whole site a much airier feel, I wanted to create a virtual gallery that you could 'walk' around, easily navigate and view each piece individually. It remains one of my most challenging projects to date and the one that I am most happy with. Recently completely overhauled (2010) adding John's 2007-2010 pieces. Previous Clients Mega Byte Catering www.megabyte-catering.co.uk Based in Eastbourne and established in 1996, this company provides catering services throughout most areas of Sussex, Surrey and the borders of Kent/Sussex. I was free-lanced to re-design the company's website and update its look whilst keeping the simple, information-based pages. I no longer update this website and it has been re-designed by a party that is unrelated to myself.
