2013 onwards

Very much reflective now but here's a straight choice: A really good album with singles but no live shows (or interviews) ever again or what we had?

More money in live performance than recorded performance these days.

That's why i put 2013 onwards because they had made good money from the first tour and their stock was still high.

I'd prefer a new album but would be happy if the just kept touring each year.

But you can only keep the former going if you do the latter.

Even Brian Wilson manages the odd new album every once in a while.

Obviously the whole package like before would've been great (album, live performances, interviews, pics and repeat) but that looks like it was never on the cards but I think more new music was at least attempted but for whatever reason, never happened. It would be album and singles and nothing else for me personally.

It costs pretty much fuck all to record an album these days. I'm currently recording an album for free (or cost of electricity and small amount of food), so I'm sure they could have figured it out. No need to pay some numpty at a posh London studio. Would have sounded better if they'd have done it themselves as well.
Anyway, too late now. The ship has sailed away upon the stagnant sea of indecisiveness.
"All for one, one for all" wooo! Just the ladies... and the people at the back, let me hear you now! Put your hands in the air!

Maybe there was just too much baggage from their peak period and then fall from grace for it ever to work "properly". They must be one of music's biggest 'what ifs'.

100% shambles, everything after the shows of 2013 was an utter shambles which has desecrated their reputation
