Just got back home from Wembley.

Had a great one but way too quiet where we were stood. Sounded louder in the cheap seats when I went to the bar.

Also way too many part time Stone Roses ex Oasis ladddddddds for my liking.

Other than that it was great. Nothing new in the set though at all. Even Fools Gold composition was as I last saw/heard it.

Glad it wasn't my last Roses experience. I expect that to be at Leeds on Wednesday.

One Love.

Did they do the group hug? And what was on Ian's t-shirt that he was showing everyone? Hopefully not just advertising his clothing brand.

Am I the only one who thinks Fools Gold live doesn't really work? It takes about 6 minutes to get going before John lifts it up. Most of the time it is just plodding and you can hear the crowd murmuring, getting restless. Basically 10% of the gig on one song. If they really are going to continue in this way with no new material, then I would like to see them drop it and add two other songs, probably WTWIWF and another Second Coming tune.

You have to be joking?

It's a sprawling masterpiece, who cares if someone can't join in.

Don't know about London but no group hug Belfast and no interaction between ian and reni at end either.. Don't know if there was anything in that.

No group hug. Ian gave John a hug then Mani, then picked up his 'own brain' t shirt, waved it around a bit, bowed and got off the stage quick sharp.
Other 3 then had some embraces.
Maybe Ian wanted to beat the traffic!

Thought they played well last night, Ian sounded good throughout apart from This Is The One and She Bangs The Drums, if I remember correctly.

A very random post, don't think that was case at all.
